Third Sector New England, a Boston-area organization that promotes nonprofit best practices, posted a short video on their blog about a very common question: what is the IRS Form 990? Watch it below:

You can learn more about the 990 Form, a mandatory reporting requirement by the Internal Revenue Service for organizations that have received 501(c) status, in the Charities & Nonprofits section of or at, the IRS site created for 501(c)(3) organizations.
